1.- Share by email and state the reason why you want to return the product. Wait 1 to 3 days for us to send you a return label.
2.- You must return the product in the same box, in the same unopened packaging, and with the new return label. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
3.- Once the product arrives at the Distribution Center, we will process your refund within a maximum of 2 days and notify you by email. 4.- For exchanges due to an error in size (ours or yours) or design, we will ship the correct product within a maximum of 7 days from the date the product returns to the Distribution Center.
