We do not require a minimum monthly purchase; you can buy what you need when you need it by visiting any Vianney branch in Mexico.

The exchange and/or return process applies:
-When the product was purchased less than 30 days ago.
-When you have the original packaging.
-When you have the product ticket.
-When the product is in good condition and has not been previously washed or used.
-If it has any defect (you will have 90 days to make your exchange, being necessary to attach photographs of the product). **It will be examined upon receipt to verify that it complies with the previous point.

You can purchase our products from the "Vianney 24/7" online store at www.vianneyusa.com and your order can be delivered to the comfort of your home.

The cost is $99 pesos to all of Mexico.
For orders placed at www.vianneyusa.com :
The delivery time for orders shipped to your home is 8 to 14 business days, subject to the frequency of the parcel service in your area.

Please note that we do not have online billing. We suggest you go to the business center where you made your purchase and request the invoice.
If you made your purchase online please send us an email with your tax information to info@vianney.com.mx
